Acceptance
By accessing or using MFA Feed, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of the service
You may use MFA Feed only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and activity that occurs under your account or organisation.
Restrictions
You may not misuse MFA Feed, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, circumvent rate limits or access controls, resell access without permission, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Data and availability
MFA Feed is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, completeness, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose. Scores, classifications, and related data are informational and may change over time.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account is being misused or creates risk for the service or other users.
Fees and changes
Some features may be free during beta, and we may introduce paid plans, limits, or product changes over time. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MFA Feed and Red Volcano disclaim warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if needed to protect the service, comply with legal obligations, or enforce these terms. You may stop using MFA Feed at any time.
