MFA Feed

Privacy Policy

Effective April 14, 2026. This policy explains, in general terms, what information MFA Feed collects, how it is used, and how to contact us about it.

Who we are

MFA Feed is a product operated by Red Volcano. We provide access to a scored feed of domains and related product features including user accounts, team access, API credentials, billing, and support.

Information we collect

We may collect account information such as your name, email address, password hash, organisation details, invite data, API key metadata, usage data, billing identifiers, and communications you send to us.

We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, request logs, timestamps, and product usage needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, manage organisations and invitations, process billing, respond to support requests, monitor abuse, maintain security, and improve MFA Feed.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help us operate MFA Feed, such as infrastructure, email, analytics, support, and payment providers. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transfer.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security and audit records.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may contact us to request updates to your account information, ask questions about your data, or request account deletion, subject to legal and operational requirements.
